Demolition day at South West Terminal
In the span of about 3.5 hours the former office of SWT near Gull Lake was removed. Silverline will be working on their new office this spring and summer. We anticipate the crew from SWT will be in their new home this fall.
New SWT Office.
One month ago the former office building at SWT was reduced to rubble. Here are a few shots at the early stages of development of their new office building. We picked a great day to stop by for some shots. They were having a BBQ at their temporary office. 🙂
SWT Office at Antelope
Our crew has been sweating it out this summer at the SWT antelope location just east of Gull Lake. SWT has grown and needs new office space to accommodate that growth. With the frame of the structure up, we started to fill in the walls.
The crew at SWT are expected to be in their new office building this fall at their Antelope location near Gull Lake. If you’re passing by SWT long the #1 Highway, check out the work for yourself.

Swift Current EMS Garage
Swift Current EMS has a great crew of emergency medical personnel that have been taking care of Southwest Saskatchewan for years. We are happy to be building them a new Ambulance garage at their Cheadle Street location. When seconds count, and every efficiency is important, you need a top-notch structure. We are honored to build something with this high level of importance in our community.
Central School
Wednesday April 1st, Silverline Construction presents a fundraising BBQ at Central School at 11am. $2 for a burger or hotdog and drink. Proceeds go to help make future memories for Kailey and Neveah. Neveah has an aggressive form of Cancer.
“We found out about this family’s situation and felt compelled to help” said Chad Salter, General Manager of Silverline Construction.
“Silverline Construction has been a friend to Central School for a few years now, helping out with some families in unfortunate situations” added Salter.
Donations to the family will be gratefully accepted at Central School.
SWT Antelope (Gull Lake)
It was Crane day at SWT’s Antelope Location near Gull Lake . Much progress has been made at SWT’s Bulk Fertilizer Warehouse in the past few months. Today, the 600 ft long structure required a crane for the next phase of the build. The spouting was connected with the legs.
JayDee AgTech
After 14 months of building construction and 2 years of planning, it was a pleasure to witness the Grand Opening of JayDee Agtech in Swift Current.
Construction Continues on the Bulk Fertilizer Warehouse at SWT about 25 minutes west of Swift Current. Chad was happy to share some information on the Construction of the warehouse in this video from SWT.
